About us at Red Brush Farm
Red Brush Farm has been in operation, building our herd as a solo proprietary business since 2002. Located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains , our 34 acre farm is steep, brushy and thick with browse. In other words, it's “goat heaven.” The high rain fall and wet conditions have proven problematic for our Boer goats. To remedy this, we have decided to expand our breeding strategy to incorporate the hardiness of the Kiko goat to decrease maintenance and improve the performance of our Boer stock. Currently we are breeding Full-blood Boer and Full-blood Kiko as well as Kiko/Boer percentage goats for breeding stock and commercial meat production.
